Film scripted by HKMU alumna showcased at prestigious film festivals

Business students Suja Khajum Limbu, Samir Kharel, Winnie Huang Rong and Sophia Liu Linfei represented HKMU in the Future HR Talents Hackathon, organised by the HKMA Human Capital Management Society, a member of The Hong Kong Management Association. By analysing a real-life human resources case, the students identified the challenges facing a company and offered a unique, effective and innovative solution. Their outstanding performance earned them the first runner-up position in the competition. They were also given a cash prize and a job-shadowing experience.
The competition aims to enhance the students' problem-solving ability and practical experience by applying theoretical knowledge in simulated real-life situations. It also provides students with valuable opportunities to exchange with industry professionals, professors and other participants, helping them expand their professional networks and open up future career opportunities.
